Pre-booking & refund terms

Pre-booking only. Every order on this website is an advance reservation. We do not deliver or dispatch. You collect your kites and pinna from our shop: Shop address will be announced — Lahore.

When can I collect? Seller licences are not open yet. We'll message you on WhatsApp as soon as pickup dates are announced.

Payment. You pay by bank transfer to the account shown at checkout and upload your receipt. We check payments within 24 hours. Uploading a receipt does not confirm a booking until we match the payment.

Refunds. If the government does not allow kite sales this season, your full advance is refunded to the account you paid from. If we cannot verify a payment, we contact you before cancelling.

Safe string only. We only sell cotton pinna. Metal, glass-coated and chemical string is illegal and dangerous; we do not make or sell it.

Licence. Registered kite manufacturer under the Punjab kite flying rules.
